Shipping Policy
We ship our products with whatever carrier fits that product best. Usually that is USPS, but we also will ship FedEx or UPS. Orders received by 2pm Central Time are typically shipped same day, although sometimes they don't go until the next business day. Regardless, we will ship your order just as quick as we can.
Return & Exchange Policy
If you need to return or Exchange in item, submit a return request to orders@vallebora.com . Return Shipping Charges and a 25% Restocking fee apply.
